Judicial staff shortage in courts and its consequences for justice
I have heard many times about problems with the shortage of judges, especially when it is said that thousands of vacancies remain unfilled and the work of the courts is paralyzed. I am concerned about: what are the possible consequences of this staffing crisis for ordinary people who turn to the courts? Does the shortage of judges affect the time taken to hear cases, their quality, and generally my guaranteed right to judicial protection within the required timeframe?
