What will change in the representation of prosecutors in court
I read that the Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional certain provisions of the law that allowed a prosecutor to represent the state's interests in court if government authorities were defending them improperly, but these provisions will remain in effect until 2027. Can you explain what this means for ordinary people and whether the prosecutor's office can still act in courts instead of state bodies? How will this affect my rights or cases if I become a participant in such a process?
