The child studies at the University in Kyiv, my youngest and I sit at home studying online. This was explained to us by what is written in the payment instructions. I read, it says that for those who have already received a higher education qualification and are abroad for more than 30 days and at the same time receive a higher education qualification. And we started registering after we returned. Is it legal to cancel HPE assistance in our case?

Good day. I have a stalemate. When submitting the application for admission, I had a residence permit and IDP registration. When submitting documents, I scan the registration form from the passport (booklet). And already in the autumn it turned out that I was discharged, without warning, in the summer. And I didn't even know about it, in my passport, there is no mark about knowledge from registration. And here is the question: can the registration of an IDP be equated with a residence permit?
