How will the new US strategy affect the reconstruction of Ukraine?
I have read that the new US National Security Strategy states an interest in the earliest possible cessation of hostilities in Ukraine and the possibility of our country's post-war recovery. I am wondering if the change in the US approach to supporting other countries, which is also mentioned there, could affect the volume or conditions of international aid for the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war? What legal guarantees could there be for such assistance?
