I want to join the drone unit of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, but I am the sole breadwinner in my family. Am I entitled to a deferment from service if I sign a 2-year contract?

Are citizens of Ukraine living in border regions obliged to comply with orders of the State Border Guard Service regarding evacuation during possible provocations by Belarus?
