If I am carrying out international road transport of goods, do I have the right to continue the transport under a certificate whose validity has expired, but I started the transport before the expiry date?

Will I need to apply for a new temporary certificate of citizenship of Ukraine if the previous one expires after amendments to the relevant law are made?
