#collaboration with the enemy

I accidentally found a message on social media offering easy money, which later turned out to be from my compatriots collaborating with the enemy. What should I do and am I facing criminal liability if I did not click on the link and did not respond to this message at all?

I am interested in the following situation: a former officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received 15 years for high treason and desertion. I want to know whether a civilian who voluntarily cooperates with the enemy can expect the same punishment?

If you have information about possible sabotage or collaboration with the enemy, how should you report this to the appropriate authorities?
