As a military member, can I be appointed as a guardian for my relative if I am not discharged from service?

I recently read a news story about five servicemen in Vinnytsia region who refused to return to duty after the SZCH. I wondered if they could really face up to 10 years in prison? What are the consequences of refusing to follow orders for servicemen?

If my husband was mobilized and fell ill while serving, am I entitled to temporary disability benefits? And if so, who should pay for it?
