I recently learned that U.S. President Donald Trump has approved a 28-point plan to settle Russia's war against Ukraine. This plan was developed by high-ranking officials of his administration together with a Russian envoy and individual Ukrainian officials. However, the details of this plan remain undisclosed. I am interested in whether such a plan is a legal way to end the war and whether it complies with international law?
