#prosecutor general competition

NABU Director Semen Kryvonos proposed selecting the Prosecutor General through a competition, but MP Serhiy Vlasenko considers it unconstitutional. Does holding a competition for the position of Prosecutor General comply with the Constitution of Ukraine?
