I am interested in whether it is possible to appeal the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges regarding the admission of candidates to perform a practical task during the selection for the positions of judges of local courts? What are the grounds and procedure for such an appeal?

Do you think that the decision of the HQCJ should contain points for each criterion for evaluating the contestants' practical task?
