I live in a region that regularly suffers from shelling, and I'm interested in: are the owners of damaged housing entitled to compensation for damages from the state? What are the conditions for receiving such compensation?

If I am an internally displaced person from temporarily occupied territories and have damaged housing, will I be able to receive a housing certificate to purchase a new home immediately after submitting an application through the Diya app?
