If a person opens fire on police officers during a document check, is this considered an attempted assassination of a statesman, or is it classified under other articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine?
If CCC employees use force during document checks, do they have the legal right to do so? I mean if they do not have proper identification or if the check is carried out without justification.
