If the new bill on property valuation No. 13435 is adopted, will I, as an individual, be able to appeal the results of my property valuation in court if I believe that the valuation was conducted with violations?

If my property has been confiscated by a court decision, how can I find out about the procedure for its storage and valuation? Do I have the right to appeal these actions?
