I was expelled from the third year of university, and then I enrolled in another higher education institution for the same specialty. Will this be considered obtaining a second degree according to Ukrainian legislation?

Mom broke off the marriage online, does not apply for alimony, but demands a salary from dad every week (there is no evidence). Can dad file an application with the court to officially pay through deduction of funds (interest)?

How to write a statement or is there a sample of it, so that payments that were not designated as "alimony" are deducted from the alimony debt. I am the recipient of alimony.
