Can one be considered an accomplice to a crime?

If I know that my friend wants to cross the border illegally, but I do not help him directly, but I may know about those who organize such schemes, will I be considered an accomplice to the crime under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine?
