Risks for Tenants due to New Mortgage Rules
I understand that there are proposals to change the procedure for foreclosing on land lease rights, and there's even a possibility of automatic transfer of these rights without court or enforcement proceedings. If I lease a land plot, can this right be effectively taken away from me without my knowledge if a creditor uses the new mechanism? I am concerned about whether such actions will be appealable and how to protect my interests in such a situation.
