UBO in public organizations: when and how to specify?
I am currently participating in the creation of a public organization and have encountered a question about the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO). Our statute provides for collegial management, there is no authorized capital, and no single person has decisive influence over the organization. In such a situation, is it mandatory for us to specify someone as a UBO when registering with the EDR and for the bank, or is it sufficient to indicate that there is no UBO? If a person with decisive influence appears later, how should we proceed?
