If something happens during an expedition to the wreck of the Titanic, who do I think will be responsible for the possible consequences? Will the expedition organizers or other individuals be held liable?

I'm curious: is there any liability for a billionaire who plans a $10 million dive to the wreck of the Titanic? What liability might arise in the event of an accident during that dive?
