Do you believe that the guarantees of a judge's immunity should be maintained even after the termination of his or her powers due to obtaining citizenship of another state?
Do you think it meets the requirements of the law and ensures impartiality for representatives of public associations to evaluate a judge's "knowledge of the case" during the consideration of a case without being familiar with the details of the case?
Do you think that the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal was conducted fairly, considering that the winners were the candidates with the highest scores?
I am interested in the question: if a judge successfully passed the qualification assessment during the competition for the position of a judge of the court of appeal, is he considered to be suitable for the position held in accordance with paragraph 20 of Section XII of the Law of Ukraine 'On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges'?
In your opinion, can a candidate's admission to full-time graduate school during the war be grounds for denial of appointment to the position of appellate court judge?
