Will the new procedure for responding to cases of violence against children, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, be effective enough to protect the rights of the child in Ukraine, and what mechanisms are in place to monitor its implementation?
I am wondering whether supplying weapons to Ukraine could be considered a violation of international law if these weapons are used to defend against an aggressor. I am concerned about this situation because I want to understand what consequences this could have for Ukraine and its allies.
As I understand it, international law does not always work effectively if a country does not have influential allies or sufficient weapons to defend itself. Does this mean that Ukraine should develop its own weapons to protect its interests?
The Ministry of Justice presented the concept of the National Strategy for Human Rights until 2035. Will I, as an ordinary person, be able to influence the process of adopting this strategy if I send my proposals to the Ministry of Justice?
