Should there be a public notary when drawing up a donation contract or can there be a private one as well? What is the difference between them? Does it have to be the public notary office of my city? Already confused with these legal nuances. I found a notary, but entering his name in the state register of notaries, I can't find anything. according to the number of the certificate, it's a different person. Does it matter?
