Do you think that nominating Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize is a legitimate step on the part of Ukrainian MPs? I personally doubt his merits in this area.

If a person or organization is nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize but does not receive it, can they reapply for the prize in the future?
