As I understand it, the amount of judicial remuneration has long been out of line with today's realities due to inflation. Do you think that increasing judicial remuneration will have a positive impact on the administration of justice in Ukraine?
Do you think that introducing regular evaluation of judges with public involvement will improve the quality of justice?
If the criminal proceedings against me were closed due to the loss of validity of the law that established the criminal illegality of the act, can this be a basis for exempting me from paying procedural costs associated with conducting a forensic examination in favor of the state?
Why does the High Anti-Corruption Court receive international technical assistance and how are these funds used if the court has its own budget and even pays high salaries to judges?
Do you consider the Cabinet of Ministers' decision to increase the funding of the judiciary in 2026 by only UAH 100 million under the general fund and UAH 800 million under the special fund to be justified, given that the High Council of Justice proposed to increase funding by UAH 16.2 billion?
