Legal responsibility for attacks on TCC employees
I see that recently there has been an increase in cases of attacks or aggression towards TCC employees. I am interested in what responsibility is generally provided for such actions in our legislation? Are there any separate articles, or is this considered an ordinary assault (for example, hooliganism or battery), and what might be the consequences for a person if they commit such an act? I just want to understand what the legal implications are.
