Will the driver be held liable?

I accidentally found an article about how customs officers in Lviv region seized an iPhone 14 worth 4 million hryvnias. I wonder if I transport goods across the border and customs officers find them, will I be liable under Part 1 of Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine?
