The article states that from August 28, men aged 18 to 22 can cross the border of Ukraine with a military registration document. But does this mean that they automatically receive a deferment from mobilization? I wonder if they need to additionally apply to the military registration and enlistment office or other bodies to receive a deferment?
I am aware that the Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution according to which men aged 18 to 22 will be able to cross the border without hindrance during martial law. Will I, as a 20-year-old citizen of Ukraine, be able to travel abroad after the official publication of this resolution?
