Як новий Трудовий кодекс вплине на мої трудові права?

Я чув, що готують новий Трудовий кодекс, який обіцяє багато змін у трудових відносинах, зокрема щодо гнучких форм зайнятості, електронних договорів та захисту вразливих груп. Мене цікавить, чи можуть після прийняття цього кодексу якось погіршитися умови, на яких я працюю зараз, наприклад, чи може роботодавець перевести мене на гнучкий графік без мого згоди або змінити мій договір на електронний, якщо я цього не хочу? Як мені бути впевненим, що мої права не зменшаться з введенням нових правил?
