The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1509, according to which the state news agency 'Ukrinform', the enterprise 'Multimedia Platform for Foreign Broadcasting of Ukraine', and the telethon 'United News' are being transferred to the management of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine. How will this decision affect freedom of speech in Ukraine and does it comply with the law?

I am aware that the Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution according to which men aged 18 to 22 will be able to cross the border without hindrance during martial law. Will I, as a 20-year-old citizen of Ukraine, be able to travel abroad after the official publication of this resolution?
