Can peace agreements guarantee security?
I read that President Zelenskyy is negotiating an end to the war and talking about guarantees to prevent Russia from invading again. I wonder, if leaders agree on peace and certain guarantees, can such political or international agreements really legally protect us from another attack? Or is it more of a formality and these guarantees might not be fulfilled in the future?

I saw news that the High Council of Justice dismissed several judges into retirement based on their applications. I'm curious what guarantees or payments judges receive after retirement? For example, are any benefits or pensions retained for them, and what is the difference between retiring and simply being dismissed from a judge's position?
Is the use of AI safe in Ukrainian courts?
I read news that UNESCO has established guiding principles for the use of artificial intelligence in courts to avoid false arguments and financial losses. Do similar rules and guarantees apply in our courts? Who and how controls that AI in Ukraine does not negatively affect the fairness of decisions, and can I be sure that my case will be considered by a person, and not by an uncontrolled algorithm?
Will the new IMF program affect the protection of creditors' rights?
I would like to know whether the new cooperation program with the IMF, which is mentioned in the article on support for Ukraine, provides for any changes or guarantees regarding the protection of creditors' rights in Ukraine? Could these changes affect the fulfillment of obligations to existing creditors?
