Fines for fiscal receipts without mandatory details
I am an entrepreneur and accidentally discovered that some of my fiscal receipts did not contain one of the mandatory details, such as the product name or the HS code. Will I be fined for this as for non-issuance of a settlement document? If so, what is the amount of the fine, and are all instances of violations treated equally? I am interested in what to do if this happened after October 1, 2023, and if there are any exceptions for entrepreneurs whose businesses are located in an area where hostilities are ongoing.
