Protection of personal data in new Chrome features

I saw news that Google has expanded autofill in Chrome, and now the browser will automatically fill in not only my contacts, but also payment cards and even data about future trips from Google Wallet. I am concerned: are my personal and financial data protected according to the laws of Ukraine when I use this autofill for purchases or bookings? What can a user do if such information falls into the hands of third parties or is used without my consent?
