If, as a lawyer, I inadvertently make a professional error, for example, not responding to a client's email, and then try to correct it but accidentally delete the email, can I be disbarred?

If I accidentally sent an email to a client to the wrong address and then corrected the mistake by changing the address to the correct one, would this be considered forgery of documents under Ukrainian law?
