If I have worked for 10 years in a hazardous job and have 25 years of insurance experience, will I be able to retire on preferential terms after reaching a certain age, and how can I confirm the length of service?

I am on parental leave and want to return to work early. Do I need to notify my employer in writing and am I allowed to work remotely or part-time during my leave?
