I am trying to participate in the competition for the position of judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation, but I have questions about the procedure for conducting the competition. Is it possible to appeal the decision of the HQCJ regarding the competition for the position of judge, and if so, how?
Do you think it is fair that to participate in the fourth stage of the exam for the position of judge, you need to score at least 55% of the maximum possible score? Do you consider this a sufficiently objective criterion for evaluating candidates?

As I understand it, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has published tests on the history of Ukrainian statehood for candidates for the High Anti-Corruption Court with correct answers. Does this mean that I can use these tests to prepare for the competition for a judge if I am not a candidate for the HAC but want to participate in future competitions?
