I recently learned about a decision by the Supreme Court of Turkey, according to which a husband was found at fault in the dissolution of the marriage due to his actions on social media. His behavior, specifically liking photos of other women, was considered disrespectful to his wife. I am interested to know if such logic can be applied in our judicial practice.
