It recently became known that a famous Ukrainian singer from the band ADAM fell into a coma due to tuberculous meningitis. His wife reported that he had been undergoing treatment for two months already. I am interested in whether doctors can be held liable if they did not diagnose the disease immediately, and what options exist for protecting patients' rights in such cases?
