I am interested in whether law enforcement officers have the right to detain people who help conscripts to leave Ukraine without following the established rules? I read the news that three men were exposed in Cherkasy region who, for money, organized unhindered departure from Ukraine for conscripts. They were reported on suspicion under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
I read the news that Donald Trump has called for George Soros to be prosecuted for supporting protests in the US. I wonder if a foreigner like George Soros can be prosecuted in the US if he is not a citizen of that country?
Can law enforcement agencies in my country detain foreigners on suspicion of illegally crossing the border?
