Execution of Constitutional Court Decisions
I have read that the effectiveness of the constitutional complaint mechanism depends not only on the adoption of a Constitutional Court decision but also on its proper implementation. I would like to understand – if the Constitutional Court has made a decision in my favor based on a constitutional complaint, who and how controls that this decision is actually executed, and what should I do if government bodies or other institutions ignore such a decision? Are there any legally provided ways to achieve the actual enforcement of a CCU decision in practice?
