I learned that a meeting of judges was held at the Commercial Court of Cherkasy Region, where a new chairman and deputy chairman were elected. Can I appeal this decision if I believe that it was made in violation of the procedure?

I want to participate in the competition for the position of a member of the Competition Commission for the Selection of Members of the Supreme Judicial Council. Do I have the right to submit documents if I am a judge of a commercial court, but do not work in Kyiv or Odessa?
