The size of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a peace agreement and its consequences

I read that a draft peace agreement for Ukraine proposes limiting the size of the Armed Forces to 800,000 personnel. I am concerned about the legal consequences of such a decision for me or other citizens. That is, will it affect conscription, military service, or any restrictions on working in certain positions — and in general, is it legal to establish such conditions within an international or peace agreement without broad discussion within the country?

Hello! I have a labor dispute with my employer. 1. Sick leaves: I officially took several sick leaves: first for myself, then for childcare, then again for myself. After that, I returned to work for a week, then took 3 days off unpaid, and got sick again. Alternative service during mobilization

I read that a man did not appear at the military commissariat due to his religious beliefs, wanting to undergo alternative (non-military) service, but the court did not allow it and even convicted him. It is not entirely clear to me: is it really impossible now in Ukraine to replace military service during mobilization with alternative service if it contradicts my religious views?
