Is it possible to stay in the Chornobyl Zone?

I saw news that camera traps are operating in the Chornobyl Biosphere Reserve and animals are being monitored because it is now safe there for wild nature. But if, for example, I want to go there on an excursion or just to look at nature, is it legal at all? What restrictions for ordinary people on entering the Chornobyl Zone remain, and are any special permits required?

Do I need to inform the tax office about the sale of real estate?

I plan to sell my apartment and I'm concerned whether I need to independently inform the tax office about this fact, or if this information is automatically transmitted by the relevant state bodies? What will happen if the tax database has not yet updated the data on the new owner? I don't want to have tax problems due to some bureaucratic nuances.

I would like to clarify, if a court decision appeared in my electronic cabinet in the 'E-court' system, but I did not receive an email notification about it, from what date does the 30-day period for appellate appeal begin for me? PSP for children for one parent

I plan to apply for a tax social benefit for children, but I don't quite understand how to properly confirm that my husband (or my wife) is not using this right. Is it enough to state this in an application to the employer in an arbitrary form, or are additional supporting documents required from the other spouse? I don't want to make a mistake and then have issues with the tax authorities.

Revocation of driver's license for leaving the scene of an accident

I read that in Mykolaiv, a driver was deprived of his right to drive for 2 years for leaving the scene of an accident after colliding with another car. He said he was in a hurry, but the court ruled that it was intentional. Please tell me, is a driver's license always revoked for such a violation, or can it be limited to just a fine? And does it matter if a person claims they did not notice the collision?

Will these documents be recognized during inspections and in case of tax disputes?

Is this always considered a criminal offense, or are there circumstances that can mitigate the punishment?
