I do not have the financial ability to pay for studies in Ukraine. At the university in Kharkiv, studies began on August 15, I sent a letter to the dean's office with an application for academic leave and attached documents from a European university, where it is written that I am accepted for study for the 2023-2024 academic year, the specified course and specialty. The dean of Kharkiv University contacted me and refused my academic leave. They said that the inability to pay tuition is not a reason for an academic leave. And for academic leave due to studying in another country, the document from the European university must indicate from August 15, 2023 to ..... Since my classes in Europe start on September 13, the university can only issue me a study document from September 13, and the university in Kharkiv said that for the period of study, which is now starting on August 15, I will be obliged to pay (a month of training). Or they told me to write a statement about voluntary deductions from August 15, and then there will be no need to pay anything.
