#reservation from mobilization

I am a man of draft age, working at a state-owned enterprise. Can I get a "reservation" from mobilization if I am not actually performing work duties, but am officially employed?

I have a third disability group (severe asthma) and a pension certificate. I recently turned 25. Am I entitled to a reservation from mobilization?
