Recognition and obtaining refugee status
I'm trying to figure out at what point I can be considered a refugee or a person in need of additional protection: does this happen from the moment I submit the documents, or only after the migration service officially makes a decision and issues the certificate? I'm very concerned about whether I have all my rights even before receiving the document itself.
Can I receive payments under the 800+ program in Poland?
I am a citizen of Ukraine and am in Poland as a refugee. I recently learned that the President of Poland signed a law that changes the conditions for receiving benefits under the 800+ program. I wonder if I will be able to receive these benefits if I am not working, but have a disabled child and a Polish disability certificate?
Am I eligible for humanitarian assistance as a refugee?
I am a Ukrainian refugee and would like to know if I am eligible for humanitarian assistance from foreign countries if I have already received protection in one of them. I have heard that the UK has extended the Ukraine Permission Extension program for another 24 months. Does this mean I can count on additional support?
Social assistance in Poland
If I am in Poland as a refugee from Ukraine and my child attends a Polish school, am I entitled to receive social assistance '800+' for him/her? And if the child does not attend school, will I be able to receive assistance for him/her?
