If a person is undergoing training at a military center, but the shelter there is not yet ready, does he have the right to refuse training due to the lack of safe conditions? Can he demand a transfer to another center with proper shelters?

If I work under a contract of employment rather than an employment contract, am I entitled to compensation if I am injured while performing work? Does my employer have to provide me with safe working conditions?

Do I, as a parent of a school-age child, have the right to demand that the state provide my child with safe learning conditions in connection with the construction of underground schools?
