I'm curious to know if there are laws in our country that regulate the use of autonomous drones that can attack targets without human intervention? How do these laws protect civilians?
If an interceptor drone accidentally shoots down a civilian aircraft or causes damage to property or human health, will the state be liable for the damage caused by its use?
If I use a drone near critical infrastructure, such as a hydroelectric power plant, and it causes any problems or safety violations, can I be held criminally liable?
If a car is damaged by a drone attack while driving on roads in frontline areas, will the state compensate the vehicle owner for the damages?
If a drone lands on my land, can I be considered a victim in case of damage to my property?
If I use a drone in my private yard, am I required to register it under Ukrainian law?
