After all, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko noted that domestic resources are directed to defense, and social spending depends on international assistance.
Do you consider the Cabinet of Ministers' decision to regulate the amount of social benefits for military personnel to be fair, based on the state's financial capabilities, and not on the subsistence minimum?
