#appeal of refusal>

If I believe that a criminal offense has been committed against me, but the police refuse to register my application with the ERDR, do I have the right to appeal this refusal if the application does not contain sufficient information about the circumstances of the crime?

If I applied for a Student Package through Diya but have not yet received the money, can I appeal the refusal in court if I believe it was unfounded?
