I read the news that the High Anti-Corruption Court considers it unacceptable to continue limiting the size of judicial remuneration at the level of the previous five years (2102 UAH - the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons). Their position is based on the fact that this does not correspond to today's financial realities and poses a threat to the effective functioning of the courts and the High Anti-Corruption Court. Do you think that freezing judicial remuneration at the level of the 2021 subsistence minimum is fair in today's conditions?
Do you consider the Cabinet of Ministers' decision to increase the funding of the judiciary in 2026 by only UAH 100 million under the general fund and UAH 800 million under the special fund to be justified, given that the High Council of Justice proposed to increase funding by UAH 16.2 billion?
The increase in the salaries of court staff, which took place in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' resolutions No. 1112 of September 1, 2025 and No. 1113 of September 10, 2025, may affect the motivation and retention of qualified personnel in the judicial system. Do you believe that such a measure will contribute to improving the conditions for the effective functioning of the judicial system?
